Excellent food, unique drinks, great atmosphere, what more could you ask for? If you find yourself in Chattanooga Tennessee struggling to locate a vegan restaurant, look no further! One of the better (of the few) vegan spots in town. The food is really good. Not overly salty. That is usually my biggest complaint about a lot of vegan restaurants. The cheesesteak was delicious and the cupcakes were outstanding. I will definitely be back. I look forward to trying a new drink every time. My only negative complaint would be the sides kinda lack. I got a side of chips with my sandwich but it was just plain tortilla chips with no dip or anything. So don’t expect to be wowed by the chips. The entrees stand on their own and don’t really need the chips anyway.

Definitely a must try for fresh, yummy food in Chattanooga! Have been here twice now for lunch and despite being a carnivore most of the time, I really really love the quality and flavor of their food. They have some of the best soups in town - bar none - and their salads (esp. the garlicky kale) are super flavorful. My favorite thing that I've had there is their Philly Cheesesteak and despite being vegan, it tastes just as delicious as the real thing. We've also had Cashew/Bailey provide catered food for a few events - and the food provided (mostly salads, quiches, and potpies) was fresh, delicious, delivered on time and most importantly, highly beloved by our guests.

Everything we had was delicious!!! The garlicky kale, Thai loaded sweet potato, chorizo mac, cheesy potato chowder, beet burger and tots. Black bean avocado brownie for dessert. I could eat here every day. Friendly service, nice atmosphere. I wish we had this place in my hometown!!!

One of my favourite vegan restaurants! I’ve literally thought about how I can come back to Chattanooga just to eat here again! The loaded sweet potato!? YUM. Also their desserts!? YUM. And so many options!! Loved the choose 3 or 4 side option on the menu as well. Very filling!

I recently visited Cashew and was pleasantly surprised by their nachos. The chips were perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous and flavorful. The melted Cashew cheese was gooey and delicious, and the salsa added a nice kick. If you're a nacho lover, I highly recommend giving Cashew a try!

Love, love, love this place! The food was amazing, our waiter was wonderful and the atmosphere was great! We couldn’t ask for anything more! The drinks and desserts were sooooo delicious! Did I say I loved it? We all did!

We ate here for my birthday and we had the sweetest waitress, her recommendations were spot on. She flagged my table for a gluten allergy and they made substitutions so I was able to order what I really wanted. We got the jack fruit nachos for an appetizer and OMG they were just like a loaded bbq nacho plate. AMAZING flavor. The bbq sauce was out of this world. Then we got the meatball sliders and the marinara sauce with the meatballs and the cashew cheese... incredible. The texture of the meatballs was so good and the fact that they are house made was AMAZING. We don’t eat Impossible or Beyond brands so having truly plant based meals was SUCH a treat. My husband got the chili mac as a side and ordered more. He loved it. And my son got the chili dog and absolutely loved it. My jack fruit bbq sandwich was phenomenal. Best bbq I’ve ever had. And the garlicky kale... so full of flavor! I ordered the cashew salad to go and my son and I ate that later and it was amazing also! The sprouts with the honey mustard make the salad And don’t get me started on the GF desserts. The donuts, PB cookies and pana cotta were so delicious and loaded with flavor. Being able to order anything on the menu as a vegan was so much fun. We can’t wait to go back!
